Processing & Delivery Time
Processing time can take up to 48 hours, Xpress Ink & Toner processes and ships out all orders which are placed before 3pm EST/EDT the same day*. Orders which are placed after 3pm EST/EDT will be processed and shipping the next business day.
*Orders which are placed during the weekend, on holidays, and/or during special promotional sales may occasionally extend the processing and shipping time.
Xpress Ink & Toner has many storage facilities located in Ontario. Our main storage facility is in Brampton, Ontario. Depending on your location, the posted processing and shipping times may vary.

In some cases, Xpress Ink & Toner Ltd. may decide to split an order into multiple shipments.
Once the package leaves, it becomes the responsibility of the carriers. They’re responsible for any unforeseen delays, and any damage that may be caused. Please allow 10 business days for package(s) to be delivered before UPS considers it as a lost package.
We don’t refund shipping costs.
We hold no responsibility for any returned parcels due to a typing error unless the order was placed by one of our agents. If you made a mistake, an extra shipping charge will be applied to reship your order.
